Job summary

Silver Branch Warrenton Station is seeking an experienced Line Cook for immediate hire. This role is critical to delivering a great guest experience in a fast-paced beer-focused kitchen.

You will work as part of a team, embrace learning, and share culinary knowledge to keep service smooth. Responsibilities include preparing recipes to order, maintaining a clean workstation, assisting with catering events as needed, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Line Cook.
• Experience on multiple stations: sauté, grill, salad, and apps.
• Pizza experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver amazing guest experiences with strong knowledge of our offerings and a welcoming, friendly demeanor.
• Prepare recipes to order for timing, quality, and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Participate in team tasks including but not limited to: cleaning and organizing, opening and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.
• Assist with catering events as needed.
