Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, a leader in experiential dining with locations across the United States, is seeking a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting back-of-house operations in a high-volume restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or kitchen support in a high-volume restaurant.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher and sinks.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Support opening/closing tasks, station setup and breakdown.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the back-of-house areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation and chemical handling procedures at all times.
