You will wash and sanitize dishes, support sanitation standards, and help maintain a clean and organized back-of-house. Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware to ensure cleanliness.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines and maintain station setup.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and basic janitorial duties.
