Job summary

The Lakeview at 333 in Madison, WI is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and organization of back-of-house Food and Beverage and Kitchen areas. You will help manage dishwashing supplies and assist in maintaining china, glass, silver, and kitchen inventory.

Responsibilities include cleaning in back-of-house areas, coordinating with Chefs for equipment needs, washing dishes and utensils, removing trash, delivering items to appropriate areas, and sanitizing kitchen spaces.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40lbs.
• Be able to work in a standing positions for long periods of time.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety, and dish care.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all cleaning in back of house Food and Beverage areas to ensure highest quality efficiency and operations
• Coordinate with Chefs all equipment needs for banquets
• Cleaning dishes, utensils and kitchen areas in accordance to standard operating procedures.
• Removal of trash from all areas
• Delivery of dishes/silver/china to appropriate needs area
• Sanitizing all kitchen areas
