Job summary

• Ability to follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens and back-of-house areas.
• Operate large dishwasher equipment and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks and support high-pressure environments.
• Remove trash and waste according to safety standards.
