Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a Steward to join our team in Fargo. The role supports restaurant and kitchen operations with clean wares and friendly guest service.

Duty includes dishwashing, stock rotation, and maintaining sanitary conditions while adhering to safety guidelines. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Able to perform tasks in extreme temperatures and physical work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations and trash compactor.
• Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock.
• Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
• Use detergents and sanitizers in the 3-compartment sink to clean dishes.
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables when needed.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and greet guests.
