Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Able to think clearly and make reasonable decisions.
• Ability to identify potential operating problems and/or sanitation issues.
• Ability to develop and implement procedures for preventing problems before they develop.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen and back of the house clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Operate dish machines for washing all hotel dishes including chinaware, glassware, and flatware.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain hygienic working conditions.
• Maintain a hygienic environment in accordance with Health Department regulations.
• Assist in food distribution for venues and events as directed by management.
