Job summary

Spiegelworld is seeking a Kitchen Steward STEX for Superfrico at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. You will help keep kitchens clean, sanitized, and stocked, supporting dish and equipment readiness for a busy dining operation.

The role reports to Restaurant Management with duties across kitchens, dish rooms, and service areas. Union-rate pay of $22.63048/hour applies, and the position requires at least 2 years in kitchen ops, a HS diploma or equivalent, a Food Handler Card, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related kitchen operations experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess the Food Handler Certification Card.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Must have valid US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health regulations are maintained through personal practices and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens and service areas; maintain dishwashing and sanitation standards.
• Restock kitchen and service inventories; assist with loading transport carts.
• Perform cleaning schedules and HACCP requirements.
• Work across kitchens, dish rooms, and BOH support areas.
