Job summary

The Kraft Group is seeking a Steward to support our fast-paced restaurant operations. Responsibilities include washing wares, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering supplies to designated areas, all while adhering to sanitation and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and event days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash wares including pots, pans, china, flatware, and glassware per sanitation and safety standards.
• Store wares following company procedures to ensure organization and efficiency.
• Clean walls, floors, equipment, and assigned areas to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Move, organize, and store equipment as directed to support kitchen and service operations.
• Deliver products and supplies to designated food service areas in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dish rooms and dish machine, ensuring efficient and consistent operation.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates
