Whole Foods Market in Los Angeles is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher to support the kitchen by washing dishes, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, and assisting with stock and deliveries.

You will follow health and safety guidelines, work as part of a team, and provide courteous service to customers and Team Members. The role includes flexible scheduling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and the possibility of overtime or evening shifts.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• In an 8-hour workday: standing/walking 6-8 hours.
• Work may require bending, reaching, and other movements.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports team with requests and inquiries.
• Preps, stores, rotates, stocks, and merchandises products according to procedures.
• Adheres to health, sanitation, and safety regulations and ensures clean work environment.
• Follows opening, mid, and closing duties and reports safety hazards.
