Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly, modeling sales techniques.
• Maximizes sales potential through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safe work procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment; reports hazards promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; reports pricing accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
