Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenware and back-of-house areas. You will support kitchen operations by ensuring a steady supply of clean tools and maintaining high sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include washing and organizing dishware, operating dishwashing machines safely, and assisting the kitchen team during service. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Kitchen sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to follow HACCP/OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and polish dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Assist kitchen team by providing clean equipment during service.
• Break down and clean kitchen equipment at end of service.
