Job summary

Infor is seeking an entry-level Dishwash­er to operate the dishwashing machine, clean and sanitize dishes, and maintain a tidy kitchen area. You will transport waste, assist at other stations, and follow schedules to ensure efficiency and compliance with health codes.

Responsibilities include setting up banquet wares, assisting in plating, and training new team members while maintaining cleanliness of storerooms and equipment. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in kitchen or dishwashing preferred.
• Must be able to operate cleaning equipment and kitchen machinery.

Responsibilities

• Transport garbage from all kitchen areas to trash receptacle.
• Assist at other stations when directed or assigned.
• Follow cleaning schedules in designated areas (kitchen storerooms, walk-ins).
• Clean and polish silver, flatware, and brass as needed.
• Breakdown, feed, and sort dishes and flatware.
• Train new Team Members on procedures and health codes.
• Wash, sort, and store pots and pans.
• Set up wares for Banquet functions and transport to function area.
• Assist Banquet Chef with plating hot Banquet meals.
• Stack plated meals and transport to Banquet area.
• Clean banquet kitchen and sanitize all items.
• Breakdown and clean dishwashing machine and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply/storage areas.
• Report shortages to Supervisor and replenish as needed.
• Report damages or safety hazards to Supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
