The Knox, Auberge Collection is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher at our Dallas venue to uphold the highest sanitation and organization of back-of-house areas. You will ensure clean tools, cookware, and service items are ready for service, while following food safety guidelines and maintaining a tidy station.

Responsibilities include washing and sanitizing all wares, operating dishwashing equipment safely, and supporting the kitchen team during peak hours.

Qualificações

• Kitchen or stewarding experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic sanitation and cleanliness standards preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification required as of start date.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, sanitize, and polish all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure all cleaning is performed according to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and surrounding areas.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently, ensuring proper chemical usage and water temperatures.
• Sort and properly store clean dishware, cookware, and service items in designated locations.
• Remove trash, recycling, and waste from kitchen and service areas regularly.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, drains, walls, and work surfaces as needed.
• Assist kitchen team by providing clean equipment and tools in a timely manner during service.
• Break down and clean kitchen equipment at the end of service (grills, ovens, prep stations, etc.).
• Refill cleaning supplies, chemicals, and sanitizing solutions as needed.
• Follow all HACCP, OSHA, and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Support basic kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed.
• Maintain dish machine and report any maintenance or operational issues immediately
