Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa seeks a Stewarding Associate to maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas and support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks. You will operate dishwashing equipment and help set up and break down banquet spaces, ensuring sanitation and safety standards are met.

The position offers full-time hours on site at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push and pull a moderate amount of weight (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.
• Support the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
