Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
• Breaking down and fully cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day.
• Assisting with packing and loading vans for events.
• Flipping vans—unloading, cleaning, and resetting them for the next event.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment such as hot boxes and coolers.
• Handling and organizing rentals (plates, silverware, glassware, etc.).
• Supporting kitchen prep during slower periods.
• General kitchen support—jumping in wherever needed.

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking team member to join our kitchen crew as a Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher / Event Support. This is a key behind-the-scenes role that supports our chefs and keeps our kitchen and equipment clean, organized, and event-ready.

Schedule:
Wednesday–Sunday (days vary based on event schedule), approximately 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (end time may vary)

Sunday availability is required

Hours will vary seasonally, with busier periods in the spring and fall

Pay:
$18–$20/hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
This is an all-hands-on-deck position focused at our kitchen. Responsibilities include:

• Dishwashing and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen
• Breaking down and fully cleaning the kitchen at the end of the day
• Assisting with packing and loading vans for events
• “Flipping” vans—unloading, cleaning, and resetting them for the next event
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment such as hot boxes and coolers
