Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen & Dining Support role to maintain a clean and orderly kitchen and dining area in a senior living community.

You will wash, sanitize, store dishes, and help keep floors and equipment in top condition. You will work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and Executives to ensure residents are satisfied with food and dining programs, assist with special events, and support cooks and wait staff as needed while following safety and quality

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
• Keep floors and dish areas clean and organized.
• Provide high level customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Assist with preparation and execution of Art of Atria Dining enhancement programs.
• Maintain dish machine and ensure sanitizing temperatures and ppm levels.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and assist with events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
