Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Kitchen Worker responsible for set up and breakdown of the dish area, cleaning dishes, pots, and utensils, and restocking the cook’s line with clean china.

You will organize the dish room, maintain cleanliness of walk-in coolers, prep areas, and storage, and ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and safe. Must meet OSHA PPE standards and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of the dish area and dish machine for operation.
• Wash and sanitize pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and silverware.
• Organize the dish room and shelving, restock the cook’s line with clean china and cookware.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-in coolers, prep areas, and storage.
• Comply with OSHA safety codes and use PPE when handling chemicals.
