Job summary

Seven Feathers Hotel is seeking a Dishwasher to support the culinary team. You will clean restaurant and kitchen equipment, assist with stock receiving, and ensure supplies are ready for cooks and service staff.

This role helps maintain a clean, safe work environment and supports daily operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and relevant hospitality experience, with reading comprehension and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of experience in hotel/restaurant setting ideal.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills.
• Current Food Handler Certificate and/or Serve Safe Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Clean all restaurant and kitchen equipment in an orderly and consistent manner. Assist in receiving and putting away stock as delivered.
• Ensure the cooks line and front of the house are stocked with china, serving utensils, and all other needed supplies.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area following industry standards and safety procedures.
• Assist cooks in prep work. Maintain professional relations with all staff members. Stay current on policies and procedures.
• Provide input to foster process improvement within the department.
