Responsibilities

• Sort soiled wares promptly for dish machines.
• Wash and replace ware, keep dish area clean.
• Polish silver and clean kettles, pots and pans.
• Transport and organize utensils and service ware.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Sweep and mop floors; wash surfaces and walls.
• Handle trash and sanitation chemicals safely.
• Assist kitchen staff and stewarding supervisor as needed.
