Job summary

The Dinex Group LLC in Costa Mesa is seeking experienced Stewards to join our team. You will be responsible for daily cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and surrounding areas, and operate the dishwashing station to ensure all dishware, glassware, and pots are spotless.

Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, attention to health and safety standards, and clear communication with managers and teammates. This is a full-time on-site role at Blue Box Café by Daniel Boulud.

Qualifications

• Ability to read directions and warning labels.
• Capable of producing a high volume of work quickly and accurately.
• Actively practice food safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, locker room, restrooms, public areas and sidewalk.
• Operate the dishwashing machine and clean all dishware, glassware, and pots.
• Report to Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef and Head Steward.
• Assist neighboring stations to balance workloads before shift end.
