Job summary

Francisco Grande USA Inc invites applications for a resort dishwasher role. You will wash and clean all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dining items, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and Employee Dining Room. You’ll work with the Food & Beverage team and support operations during busy and quiet periods.

Reliable schedule, ability to stand for long shifts, and willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines are essential. Training provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety and sanitation requirements.
• Understanding safety requirements for using chemicals, lifting properly.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dining items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and Employee Dining Room.
• Assist kitchen staff and work as a team player.
• Keep the dish room clean and organized with minimal breakage.
• Ensure sufficient dining items and condiments are available for staff meals.
• Maintain clean floors, tables, and chairs in the EDR.
• Follow safety guidelines for chemicals and lifting.
• Adhere to Appearance Standards; perform additional duties as assigned.
