Job summary

Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Dining Services Utility to maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining areas, operate the dishwasher, and restock wares. You will support safety and sanitation across daily kitchen tasks and work under the Dining Services Director.

The role emphasizes dependable, punctual performance, English communication, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
• Washes, air dries, and restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; sorts and puts away dishes.
• Operates and maintains the dishwasher and follows proper chemical use.
• Follows infection control and sanitation procedures in food handling.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
• Report equipment safety issues to the Dining Services Director.
• Provide assistance with storage of items received from vendors.
