Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Dishwasher for our Madison, Wisconsin location to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes, cookware, utensils, and food preparation areas. You will support daily food service operations with a focus on cleanliness, organization, teamwork, and hospitality.

Responsibilities include restocking items, cleaning equipment and stations, sweeping and mopping floors, and assisting with additional sanitation needs while delivering professional

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including internet navigation, email, and word processing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a designated schedule, including nights and/or weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Able to stand for ~90% of the workday and lift up to 40 pounds ~20% of the day.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, stations, and work areas per sanitation standards.
• Maintain clean floors and waste areas; handle spills and trash promptly.
• Provide professional, service-focused support to employees, customers, and team members.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures in a fast-paced team environment.
