Job summary

SSA Group, LLC. is seeking a dishwasher to support its kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will wash and sanitize dishes, maintain clean workstations, and assist with proper storage of kitchen items while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role reports to Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef Team and offers a team-oriented environment with opportunities to contribute to the guest experience and operations at our Brookfield unit.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work standing for long periods.
• Experience with fast-paced dish pit environment preferred.
• Ability to push through dishes and organize area as necessary to the business.
• Experience with MSDS knowledge and upholds active practice of cleanliness in the dish area while maintaining protocol for dish liquid use.
• Responsible geared towards presenting a clean and welcome experience for guests through upholding sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Wash/clean dishes and kitchen equipment as they come through the dish pit.
• Work with kitchen team to ensure dishes and equipment are stored properly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Uphold and demonstrate a complete understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as deemed necessary.
