Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Stamford is hiring a Full-Time Kitchen Steward to keep our kitchens clean, organized, and compliant with food-safety standards. You will support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and dish-up duties.

No experience? We'll train. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and be available mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Atrium offers health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Food Safety certification or willingness to obtain training within 90 days.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
