Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Lexington, KY is hiring for a full-time Kitchen/Steward role. You will clean and sanitize equipment, assist with prep areas, and support kitchen and event teams.

No experience? We'll train. A Food Safety Certificate is encouraged, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Atrium offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk‑ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish‑up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
