Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a part-time Kitchen Steward at Montgomery Embass y Suites. You will clean and sanitize kitchen areas, wash dishes, manage waste, and support kitchen/event teams during setup and breakdown.

No experience? We will train the right candidate. A Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces.
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas.
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area.
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance.
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces.
