Job summary

Allen Courtyard - Atrium Hospitality is seeking a dedicated team member for a full-time kitchen support role in Allen, TX. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, washing dishes, managing trash and dock areas, and assisting with setup and breakdown for events.

No experience is required; we offer training within 90 days and emphasize food safety. The role supports a fast-paced kitchen and guest services team.

Qualifications

• Food Safety Certificate or willingness to complete training within 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, prep areas, walk-ins, and storage spaces
• Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils in designated areas
• Manage trash and recycling, including cleaning bins and maintaining the dock area
• Support kitchen and event teams with setup, breakdown, and occasional dish-up assistance
• Help ensure consistent sanitation standards across all food and beverage workspaces
