Atrium Hospitality in Lexington is hiring for a full-time role at the Embassy Suites Lexington, 1801 Newtown Pike. The position focuses on preparing and presenting breakfast and evening receptions, maintaining clean service areas, and delivering a friendly guest experience.

Applicants with restaurant or customer service background are preferred. Certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness are encouraged, with training provided if needed. Flexible schedules are available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and maintain the breakfast and/or evening reception setup.
• Keep buffets and service areas clean and guest-ready.
• Greet guests and handle questions quickly and professionally.
• Assist with light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety standards and monitor storage and temperature.
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.
• Communicate updates during shift changes and follow policies.

Job Description

What You Will Do

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready—buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionallyJump in where needed—whether that’s light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed

What We Are Looking For

• No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude and love teamwork, we’ll teach you the rest
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
