Responsibilities

• Follow and report to Head Chef daily.
• Monitor and supervise assigned section.
• Control large-volume production.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Comply with USDA allergen and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food regulations.
• Coordinate and delegate duties within the section.
• Prepare and produce specified recipes and execute food production efficiently.
• Coordinate all cooking and preparing per daily schedule.
• Train, direct, supervise, and evaluate Station Chefs.
• Conduct quality assurance for assigned section.
