Position Details

Location: 1900 N SUNRISE DR, Saint Peter, MN, 56082

Base Pay: $16.17 - $21.87 per hour

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver meals to rooms at designated times politely and friendly.
  • Clean and set up dining tables and food trays.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation.
  • Note residents' food and drink requests and needs.
  • Assist in the kitchen, including cooking, stocking ingredients, dishwashing, and maintaining equipment.
  • Inspect food, preparation, and storage areas.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to meet nutritional goals for patients.
  • Remove expired food items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Lead.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy for patient needs.
  • Ability to walk/stand for 80% of the shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Food service certification preferred.
  • Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 90 pounds.
  • Skilled in operating cooking appliances and preparing meals as instructed.
