Chick-fil-A King George is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to drive excellence in a fast-paced kitchen. You will own the kitchen experience from food safety and quality to cleanliness, speed, teamwork, and operational readiness.

As a leader, you will coach Team Members, protect standards, and tackle bottlenecks with urgency. This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to influence guest satisfaction through daily execution.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen operations in a high-volume setting.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards and cleanliness.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Team Members.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.
• Ability to open/close shifts and manage time well.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Position and direct Team Members based on business needs
• Maintain awareness of food quality, food safety, speed of service, cleanliness, and productivity
• Coach Team Members and provide clear, respectful feedback
• Train and develop new and existing Team Members
• Delegate cleaning, stocking, preparation, and operational responsibilities to ensure excellence
• Communicate important shift information to fellow leaders
• Support opening and/or closing operations
• Hold Team Members accountable while maintaining a positive environment
• Partner with restaurant leadership to continuously improve operations
