Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations and ensure top-notch food quality and service at Marlboro Plaza. You will lead the restaurant team through opening, prep, and closing duties, and collaborate with chef leadership to maintain high standards.

The role requires guiding staff, managing stock, and upholding safety, sanitation, and cost controls. Overnight shifts add a $2 premium/hour; weekend availability is expected.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience supervising and/or leading team members in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries according to company protocol.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas and ensure cleaning schedules are followed.
