Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler's Certification preferred or must obtain.
• Experience in food service, kitchen operations, or grocery leadership.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts, ensuring food prep, cleanliness, safety, and inventory practices.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates.
• Coach team on food safety and cleanliness while modeling urgency.
• Collaborate with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership.
• Suggest workflow improvements to boost efficiency.
