Job summary

Colonial Downs Group in Virginia is seeking a Team Member to support dining operations at Rosie’s. You will greet guests, handle payments, assist with cash/register, and contribute to a friendly, fast-paced guest experience while ensuring food is prepared and served to standard.

Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold items per recipes, maintaining cleanliness, sanitizing areas, and coordinating with kitchen and service staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training in related field.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle payments, and ensure accurate cashiering and tipping procedures.
• Manage cash drawer and end-of-shift reconciliations.
• Prepare hot and cold foods per recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with various kitchen/service tasks as needed.
