Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of related experience or training.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle payments, and ensure accurate order processing.
• Operate cash register, count cash, and balance drawer before/after shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Prepare entrees and accompaniments following recipes and standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service.
• Complete required paperwork and close out shift procedures.
