Job summary

Sifted in Seattle is seeking a Service Lead to support day-to-day leadership and key community operations. You’ll help the Community Manager with kitchen opening, shift operations, and closing, while guiding the Host team and ensuring a smooth service.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliability. You’ll manage multi-tasked duties in a fast-paced kitchen and office setting, driving a culture of hospitality and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in service/catering or brand ambassador industries.
• Operationally minded and highly organized.
• Reliable and trustworthy with strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen opening, shift operations, and closing.
• Coordinate host load in and load out.
• Serve as lead host for lunch or dinner shifts.
• Take service as necessary and adapt to requests.
• Ensure host feedback surveys are completed and shared daily.
• Coordinate with donation and compost partners daily.
• Present as a source of leadership, encouragement, and support.
