Sifted in Seattle is hiring a Dishwasher to join our culinary team in a fast-paced commissary kitchen. You will maintain food safety standards, perform light prep, and work closely with an executive chef to support daily lunch service for startups.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen roles such as line cook or dishwasher.
• Comfort with light food prep and maintaining cleanliness.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and maintaining clean stations.
• Receive and store food shipments properly.
• Clean and organize walk-in and dry storage areas.
• Handle closing duties and trash removal.
• Assist with light food prep and coordinate with chef and manager on issues.
