Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with urgency, accuracy, and grace.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating to ensure accuracy of every delivery.
• Communicate clearly between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service flow.
• Confirm proper seat numbers and courses for each dish to uphold service standards.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in Expo and service stations.
• Support reset, mise en place and transitions for seamless service.
• Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings to stay informed on menu changes.
• Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and innovation.

The opportunity

Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a full-time or part-time Kitchen Server to join our team at Monsieur Dior in Beverly Hills, California. As a Kitchen Server, you are responsible for quickly responding to changing needs within the dining room and expediting food from the kitchen to our guests by receiving food ticket orders, sorting them in kitchen stations, and notifying servers when dishes are complete.

Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$17.87 - $17.87 / hour

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
• Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up
• Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and down stairs
