Job summary

Publix Super Markets, Inc. is seeking a hands-on team member to operate and maintain cleaning equipment, manage waste disposal, and support housekeeping in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires ability to lift heavy loads, work in wet areas, and follow GMP practices while maintaining safety and attendance and flexibility for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to push or pull heavy equipment.
• Must be able to work in a wet and slippery environment.
• Must demonstrate safe working habits and GMP compliance.
• Must be able to work any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pan washers and rack washer.
• Transport waste from production areas to back dock for disposal.
• Operate and maintain floor scrubber.
• Assist with maintaining chemical storage areas.
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
