Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dependable sanitation/maintenance associate to operate and maintain pan washers, rack washers, floor scrubbers, and assist in keeping chemical storage organized. Duties include transporting waste to back dock and supporting housekeeping as needed.

Three shifts available; ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and extended hours. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs+, work in wet conditions, and follow GMPs with excellent attendance and teamwork.

• Must demonstrate safe working habits.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds frequently.

Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if the associate remains employed through the issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

There are three shifts available:

• Monday ‑ Friday, 6:30 am ‑ 3:00 pm
• Monday ‑ Friday, 5:00 am ‑ 1:30 pm
• Monday ‑ Thursday, 4:30 am ‑ 3:00 pm
