Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record dish-machine temperatures and report issues promptly.
• Transport supplies and assist in dining area setup.
• Clean cafeteria areas during and after meals and replenish as needed.
• Set up using a three-compartment sink for pots and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and cafeteria areas.
• Assist with receiving and storage of food, following proper handling procedures.
• Perform duties under food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
