Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies following sanitation procedures.
• Pull trash and replace bags; clear waste from tables and floors.
• Clean floors from spills and maintain a sanitary work area.
• Restock condiments and utensils as needed.
• Load and unload inventory; stock storeroom items.
• Keep kitchen, serving, and dining areas clean and organized at all times.
• Be aware of safety issues and report them to your manager.
