Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design and sales.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of successfully closing sales.
• Ability to confidently present proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software is required.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, materials, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience working with high-end clients and products is preferred.

We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Kitchen & Bathroom Designer/Sales Associate to join our showroom in East Northport, NY.

The ideal candidate combines strong kitchen and bathroom design expertise with proven sales skills. We are looking for someone who is confident working directly with clients, understands their needs and budgets, presents design solutions effectively, and has a demonstrated ability to turn prospective clients into sales.

• Base salary: $85,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience.
• Additional commission on closed sales.
• Two weeks of paid time off plus paid company holidays.

Work Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days per week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
• Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend shifts as scheduled.
• When scheduled to work on Saturday or Sunday, a weekday off will be provided during the same week.
• Schedule may vary based on showroom needs.
