D&V Home Design Center in East Northport, NY is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Designer/Sales Associate to join our showroom. You will work directly with clients, design spaces, and close sales, leveraging 2020 Design to create layouts and renderings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design and sales.
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of successfully closing sales.
• Ability to confidently present proposals, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
• Proficiency in 2020 Design software is required.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry, materials, and current design trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience working with high-end clients and products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, design preferences, and budgets.
• Create kitchen and bathroom layouts and 3D renderings using 2020 Design software.
• Assist clients with selecting cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, and other materials.
• Prepare estimates and proposals, present designs, and close sales.
• Actively follow up with prospective clients, build strong relationships, and convert leads into signed contracts.
• Coordinate with our project management and purchasing teams to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
