A luxury design-build firm in New York is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Designer to join their elite team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with homeowners to design exquisite kitchens and baths, educate clients on finishes, and present complete remodeling packages. A minimum of 2 years of proven success in kitchen and bath design and proficiency in 20/20 Design Software are required. This position offers a competitive salary with ongoing training, within a supportive showroom environment.

Objectives

• Collaborate with homeowners to design luxury kitchens and baths that balance functionality, aesthetics, and budget.
• Educate clients on finishes, cabinetry, countertops, and hardware options that align with their lifestyle and goals.
• Present and sell complete remodeling packages, guiding clients confidently from design to contract.
• Deliver an outstanding showroom and client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and referrals.
• Manage the full design process, ensuring projects stay aligned with vision, scope, and timeline.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals with precision and professionalism.
• Stay current on design trends, product lines, and materials to deliver cutting‑edge recommendations.
• Represent the Posh brand with enthusiasm and a client‑first mindset in every interaction.
