Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up is expanding its Ohio team and seeking motivated sales professionals to manage lead flow and guide clients through the remodeling process from start to finish. You will maintain frequent communications with prospects, follow up diligently, and conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process with training provided.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.

• Experience with social media for business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.
• Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
• Communicate regularly with the franchise owner and sales manager and follow instructions for the sales process.
• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events.
