Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths is looking for remodeling helpers to join our expanding Midwest team. This on-site role requires basic remodeling or construction experience and a valid driver’s license. You’ll install remodeling products, finish work as needed, and ensure homeowner satisfaction while connecting with our office for final payments.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
• Quality of work standards.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
