Mad City Windows & Baths, backed by Renuity, is hiring remodeling helpers for year‑round work. You’ll install remodeling products, finish work as needed, and communicate with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and final payments.

Tools provided, paid training, and opportunities for advancement accompany competitive hourly pay starting at $20/hour. Qualifications include 6+ months in remodeling/construction, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Some window installation experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
• Communicate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat homeowners and property with respect.
